Teknologi Informasi adalah sebuah istilah yang mencakup seluruh bentuk teknologi yang digunakan untuk membuat, menyimpan, tukar menukar dan membuat informasi dalam berbagai bentuk/format (business data, voice conversations, images, motion pictures, presentasi multimedia dll, termasuk didalamnya informasi yang belum tersusun dengan rapi).
