5 5 HAZARDS Adalah keadaan yang dapat menimbulkan atau memperbesar kemungkinan terjadinya kerugian terdiri dari 1. Physical Hazards Yg berkenaan dng aspek pisikal dari resiko, yg kemungkinan dpt menimbulkan atau memperbesar suatu kerugian,baik terjadinya (occurrence) maupun tingkat keparahannya(severity),contoh (Dinding kayu/tembok,atap rumbia,stock kimia,dll)
