15 Ericsson Confidential2010-Sep15 Need Improvement (EID): BER Test will be done if there are free E1. If no free E1, refer to ML-TN link performance. Ethernet measurement will be done for each ML-TN hop refer to RFC 2544 Proper procedure for fallback issue, include target for problem solving Activities: Basic commissioning of ML-TN Interference test of Frequency Traffic Migration Advanced commissioning: Static Routing, PDH-IME/RL-IME, VLAN BER Test E1 24 hours Ethernet Measurement (RFC 2544, Jitter VLAN end to end validation to support Node-B Save Report and Load Configuration for Backup Save License Request File (LRF) Test & Comm Need Improvement (XL): In XL MBB project, most swap increase the bandwidth, so we have to re-checked the interference level. XL will provide new frequency allocation if interference occurred Need Ethernet capacity design for each hops from XL. FOP will responsible to follow up static routing issue at DCN router to speed up ML-TN monitoring. End to end validation will be done by transport measurement (Node-B – MLTN – OSN/MSTP – Router - RNC). Test & Commissioning Activities and Improvement

16 Ericsson Confidential2010-Sep16 Need Improvement (EID): Team capacity and availability to support ATP as propose schedule Awareness on un-proper installation, understand on impact and quality installation standard Acceptance Activities: Check ML-TN installation to meet Ericsson Standard Check ML-TN configuration Functional Test Install License Key File (LKF) Fill in ATP document ML-TN can be monitored from DCN server Need Improvement (XL): ATP need to be scheduled maximum 7 days after ML-TN stated On Air (If ML-TN have no alarm). Action to rectify installation problem due to space and material issue (example: AMM installed at the floor, temporary 1+0) Follow up all issue regarding lack material if any on site planning to ATP. Acceptance Activities and Improvement

17 Ericsson Confidential2010-Sep17 Need Improvement (EID): ML-E need to be dismantled after verification function and reliability of MLTN passed, maximum 3 days after ML-TN On Air and material directly send to XL Warehouse. Material Return Activities: Dismantle ML-E from sites Negative reservation to XL Warehouse regarding material return Send material to XL Warehouse Need Improvement (XL): Negative Reservation (return material acknowledgement), XL need to provide at least 2 days after request received. This will improve lead time of closing ATP Need to simplify location storage of dismantle material to speed up H/O process. Such as, put dismantled material to remote XL W/H. MATERIAL RETURN Activities and Improvement

18 Ericsson Confidential2010-Sep18 Need Improvement (EID): C-Module need to be finished as soon as possible, maximum 14 days (calendar days) after ATP done. C-Module Activities: Create C-Module and Submission Need Improvement (XL): Need to simplify closing ATP process signing and approval. Such as, collocated approval, material storage and documentation handover in one area in one time ( base on agreed schedule) Documentation Activities and Improvement

19 Ericsson Confidential2010-Sep19 Validation E2E Integration Node B Announce Activities: Validation E2E Hut to RNC should ready before Integration Setting Up router (IP) Setting Up OSN (port VLAN) Validation E2E Hut to End site Setting Up VLAN ID E2E Measurement from Node B to RNC. Activities: After Validation E2E valid activity will continue to support integration NODE B into Network. Ensure MAC Address Node B and OSN can read from MLTN. Make sure data can loading into Node B from RNC and Node B function properly Activities: Integration success and No Alarm ML TN can be monitored from server If both Criteria met, the MLTN integration is declared completed Sequencing Support Integration

Validation E2E Hut to End site Setting Up VLAN ID Need Improvement (XL): Active port and VLAN ID setup readiness on OSN device, require earlier or faster response Bandwidth Ethernet traffic on OSN should be properly. Measurement End to end link from Node B to RNC to make sure no issue between TN to RNC Validation E2E Hut to RNC should ready before Integration Setting Up the traffic routing from HUT to RNC (IP) Setting Up OSN (port VLAN) Need Improvement (EID): Accelerate transmission link validation for faster Node-B integration Improve coordination for port assignment and traffic availability on existing XL network Validation END to END Activites and Improvement

Make sure data can loading into Node B from RNC and Node B function properly Need Improvement (XL-EID): Improve coordination between transmission and radio team to accelerate Node-B integration, start form early target setup until execution Integration Node-B Activities and Improvement
