Pharma cy Integration in one system The INTEGRATION LEVEL of each constituent in the system can be DIFFERENT depending on the ‘preparedness’ of integration. The highest of integration is reflected by shared vision-mission-strategic planning followed by shared governance in human resources, remuneration, administration, finance, research and education and supported organizational structure. The structural integration should be started by FMUI-CMGH given current functional integration level. Other health professions faculties in UI may identify the area of integration (can be started by functional integration) especially in relation to UI hospital. The same approach can be conducted gradually with the UI affiliated hospitals.
