3 Merupakan jawaban atas isu pemanasan global Bentuk bangunan harus bisa berempati, tanggap dan memberikan solusi: di antaranya adalah: GREEN BUILDING

5 Syarat umum green building  layout desain bangunan (10 persen),  konsumsi dan pengelolaan air bersih (10 persen),  pemenuhan energi listrik (30 persen),  bahan bangunan (15 persen),  kualitas udara dalam (20 persen), dan  terobosan inovasi (teknologi, operasional) (15 persen)

6 Tepat Guna Lahan (Appropriate Site Development/ASD) Efisiensi Energi & Refrigeran (Energy Efficiency & Refrigerant/EER) Konservasi Air (Water Conservation/WAC) Sumber & Siklus Material (Material Resources & Cycle/MRC) Kualitas Udara & Kenyamanan Udara (Indoor Air Health & Comfort/IHC) Manajemen Lingkungan Bangunan (Building & Enviroment Management) Aspek penetapan rating green building

7 Penilaian dibagi ke dalam main sheet dan score sheet: Q: building environment quality and performance Q1: INDOOR ENVIRONMENT Q2: QUALITY OF SERVICES Q3: OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT ON SITE Japan: comprehensive assessment system for built environment efficiency (CASBEE)

8 LR: Reduction of Building Environmental Loading LR-1: ENERGY LR-2: RESOURCES AND MATERIALS LR-3: OFFSITE ENVIRONMENT Score menggunakan five level scoring system dengan angka “3” didefinisikan sbg “average” Bobot total Q adalah SQ= 1 demikian juga SLR

9 The definition of BEE is indicated below. BEE= Q / L = 25*(SQ-1) / 25*(5-SLR) SQ= Score for Q category SLR= Score for LR category Building environment efficiency
