14 PRIORITY PROJECT CRITERIA PRIORITY PROJECT a. Included in PPP Potential Project Plan or Proposed by contracting agency as unsolicicited project; b. Based on Pre-Feasibility, the project is feasible from legal, technical, and finanial aspect; c. Risk identification and allocation has been identifined; d. PPP mode has been defined; e. Government support has been identified (for marginal project).
