SE-Report Kapasitas/Kemampuan Institusi dalam Mengoperasionalkan institusi Men-generate revenue/income Daya Tampung Berlebihan Kemampuan men-generate revenue sebanding dengan Kemampuan disbursement anggaran Penyediaan Dana Pendamping Usulan Anggaran disesuaikan dengan kemampuan menyediakan dana pendamping ! Contoh : Kemampuan men- generate revenue Rp. 100 juta/thn atau Rp. 400 juta/4 thn Kualitas Lulusan rendah Anggaran yg diusulkan Rp. 400 juta x 100/8 = Rp. 5 milyar equivalent dng US$ 555.556 dng kurs US$ 1 = Rp. 9.000
