THE MOLDING PROCESS 1. Prepare kneaded solid but flexible clay. 2. Put the clay into the mold then press gently so that the clay will not come into the part of gypsum mold. Seni Kerajinan dan Pariwisata

13 JIGGER-JOLLY MOLDING PROCESS

THE BUILDING PROCESS Put the plate mold onto the clay body and install the knife. Arrange the bolt and profile to get the desirable thickness of the product. Put the flexible slab clay onto the plate mold. Seni Kerajinan dan Pariwisata

THE BUILDING PROCESS Push the clay using the hand until patched onto the plate mould. Flatten and smoothen the clay using the wet sponge. Seni Kerajinan dan Pariwisata

THE BUILDING PROCESS Roll the jigger slowly then demountable the profile handle until the slab clay eroded. Shape the plate using the jigger, adjust the stop measurement (border bolt) until getting the plate shape which is matched with the size. Seni Kerajinan dan Pariwisata

THE BUILDING PROCESS Boost up the profile handle then while rolling the jigger, cut the extra clay on the plate lip using the wire cutter. Roll the jigger and erode the clay until getting the desirable size. Seni Kerajinan dan Pariwisata

THE BUILDING PROCESS When it has finished, lift the plate mould and put it on the drying shelf. Expose the clay to the air until it become dry enough so that it will be easy to be taken off from the mould. Seni Kerajinan dan Pariwisata
