NaCl first, is quite cheap and powerful for this matter, and the second is Cl could remove SO4, sulfate, ino on resin. Selectivity of each ion on bead and in circumstance during regeneration should be considered. In 1000 ppm. Of TDS. SAC resin prefer to exchange active sodium ion with calcium ion in solution, meanwhile, when TDS reach to 100,000 ppm. ( 10% ), SAC with Calcium exhausted prefer Na ion rather than Ca.
