Metoda dan ketersediaan pelatihan This refers to the methods in use for business and system analysis, business process reengineering, systems design and development, data management, project management and control, quality assurance, estimating. It includes any systems development methodologies, object oriented method, technical standard, RAD method, decision support, expert systems, etc.

Apa yang dipikirkan oleh bisnis terhadap sisfo? @ It is advantageous to have an objective view of the current role and contribution of IS/IT in the business, the role and contribution of the IS function itself, and the perception of this from the rest of the business. @ if the relationship is poor, the organization is probably faced with a long struggle, to improve the perception of IS/IT and to get business managers involved in IS/IT decision making.

Lingkungan eksternal IS/IT @ The purpose is to gain a perspective on technology trends and opportunities for using IS/IT in new and innovative ways. @ IT research establishment such as Gardner, IDC and Forrester Research can be good source of technology trends and information.
