Improve blood circulation. b. Relax nerve and release stress (efleurage dan vibrati) c. Stimulate muscle cell and scalp (petrisage and tapotage) d. Steps to do Creambath Preparation for the customer. - Put on towel and plastic cape on the shoulders 2. Shampooing. - to make easy of penetration of cosmetics maximally without using conditioner. 3. Parting. - Part hair into 4 sections - To make easy rubbing cholesterol cream, except short hair. Handuk dan cape untuk melindungi pelanggan dari percikan air dan kosmetik. Steps to do Creambath 4. Rubbing cholesterol cream. a. Put cream on a plastic bowl. b. Spread with small brush comb, layer by layer ( ± 2 cm) c. Rubbing starts from the middle front line leftward and rightward then to the whole of the head. d. Rubbing is by taking cholesterol cream using small brush comb, rub it on the scalp, do friction movement. 5. Massage technique a. Manipulation of hair line / circular movement. - fingers of both hands are on forehead rotate and lift them - telapak tangan digerakkan memutar pada samping kepala - memberikan rasa rileks pada pelanggan. i. 19 Steps to do Creambath 6. Do steaming on the scalp and hair.
By using steamer : a. Prepare a steamer by checking the glass that must contain enough aquades b. Heat the content of the steamer until the water boiling. (vaporize) c. Prepare the client’s hair by covering ears and around the hair line with towels. d. Put the client’s head into the steamer cup for about minutes (steamer is useful to fasten penetration process of the cholesterol cream until it absorb into hair cuticle) By using warm towel : Towel is put into warm water, the edge of the towel is as the handle, squeeze, then cover the client’s head with it, do until ± 5 times . pelaksanaan penguapan pada kulit kepala dan rambut. - dengan menggunakan steamer : a. Siapkan steamer, dengan memeriksa gelas tempat air yang telah terisi aquades yang cukup b. Panaskan isi steamer sampai air mendidih (mengeluarkan uap) c. Rambut pelanggan disiapkan, dengan menutup telinga dan sekeliling hair line dengan handuk d. Masukkan kepala pelanggan pada cup steamer selama menit (steamer berguna untuk mempercepat proses penyerapan cream kolesterol hingga menembus kutikula rambut - dengan menggunakan handuk panas : Handuk dimasukkan pada air panas, ujung-ujung handuk sebagai pegangan, diperas, ditutupkan pada kepala pelanggan. Dilakukan ± 5 kali.

Rinsing. a. prepare warm water for rinsing and remove cream which is not absobed b. lcontinue with cold water to close pores of hair c. use conditioner also to close pores of hair. d. use hair tonic thoroughly by doing light rotating massage to strengthen the hair root and refresh it. 8. Neat the hair. hair can be blow drying or pre setting and set in accordance with the form of the face Pemberian hair tonic dapat dalam keadaan rambut basah atau kering. Disarankan rambut tidak diblow tetapi kering alami.
