Listen and try to understand what other’s thoughts and feels. Doronglah orang lain utk menyampaikan apa yg dipikirkan dan dirasakan. Kita mendengar dan berusaha memahami. Express your thougts and feeling straight and openly. Jika kita hanya mendengar apa yg dirasa dan dipikirkan org lain, tanpa menyampaikan apa yg kita pikir dan rasa, maka kita akan berakhir pada perasaan merasa di buang dan tdk penting.

10 No matter how hard you work or how many brilliant ideas you may have, if you can’t connect with the people who work around you, your professional life will suffer.
