C. Brown) Miller and Form said: the motivation of work not only for financial needs, there are many people still work although they already have much money.  Work is an activity that give people a chance to develop their social life and friendship

3 Work Ethos Suatu pandangan atau sikap suatu bangsa atau suatu umat terhadap kerja Work myth Work as a way to gathered material. kerja dimaknai sebagai cara utk menghasilkan sesuatu, shg kerja itu sendiri tdk dimaknai scr positif. Org bekerja secara terpaksa dan menganggapnya sbg beban hidup akibatnya jika hasil yg diinginkan tidak tercapai menjadi malas-malasan, atau jika diberikan beban kerja yg berat maka merasa bahwa bekerja hanya menyusahkan saja korupsi waktu, membolos atau mangkir Work as destiny memandang kerja sebagai takdir/nasib, atau kewajiban bawaan, spt pd masa kekaisaran Romawi, bhwa mrk yg terlahir dlm keluarga kelas budak, selamanya tidak akan bisa beranjak dari kelas itu, dan pekerjaannya pun hanya pantas melakukan pekerjaan yg berat-berat, sementara mrk yg terlahir sebagai kaum bangsawan, hanya bisa bekerja pada kelas tersebut.  Back to yourself, what is work mean to you, cause it will motivated people to do the best

Technical tools Work environment Work it self Domino Theory genetic & environment  clumsy people  work mistake “2 faktor theory” that cause of work accident: unsafe action tindakan yang berbahaya unsafe condition Kondisi kerja yg membahayakan According to Bird and Peterson, a major cause of work accident is managerial system discrepancy , while unsafe condition and unsafe action just a symptom/indication
