3 TEORI SEKTOR Struktur kota bukan merupakan lingkaran konsentris, tapi sektor2 terpisah dari dalam ke luar Industri mengambil peran yang lebih penting, meluas sepanjang jalan ke luar dari pusat

4 TEORI INTI GANDA Terdapat banyak inti Kota seringkali mempunyai beberapa inti dan sering pula terletak dekat pusat-pusat lain
