NOT FOCUS. NO ATTENTION NO RESPECT RULE VIOLATIONS. STUDENTS COULDN’T CONSTRUCT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. From observations (10 August – 18 September) 2014.

4 WHAT SHOULD TEACHERS DO?
GET YOUR STUDENTS’ ATTENTION. MAINTAIN YOUR STUDENTS’ ATTENTION. HOW?

5 1. Do A Class Management Class management is a series of teacher’s actions in purpose to create and to maintain class situation in order to make a comfortable class for study. What are those actions? I have some tips, and I used them to manage my class. Make your own noise standard and maintain it. Start your teaching with conversations/ story. Give your students an interesting question.

6 Give a clear instruction.
Show your respect. Use Keywords to deliver your teachings and give Rewards to students who have reached achievement. Do some Ice breakings. Just show your patience. Shock and Rock.

7 2. WATCH OUT YOUR TEACHING APPROACH AND METHOD
Teaching approach and teaching method are so important. If we use unsuitable approach and method to give our teachings, It will be so risky and so dangerous. There will be no attention, no respect, and they will not get benefits from our teachings. For treatments, I used “Less is More” Teaching approach with varies methods and medias.

18 CONCLUSION Students will respect us if we do respect too.
Manage your anger to students into a task or valuable activity, not punishment. Talk effectively. Do constructivism philosophy in your teaching.
