3 MITOS ATAU FAKTA? Negotiations are fixed-sum.
There are two kinds of negotiators: tough and soft. Good negotiators are born as good negotiators. Life experience is a great teacher. Good negotiators always takes risk. Good negotiators rely on intuition.

4 Why are people ineffective negotiators?
Egocentrism: the tendency for people to view their experiences in a way that is flattering of fulfilling to them. Confirmation bias: selectively seek information that confirms what they believe is true. Satisficing: the opposite of optimizing. Self-reinforcing incompetence. (heuristics and biases!)
