Education is the way to prepare a human to face every challenges which is exist because of the latest development era.

Inadequate supply of Human skills. Poor Professional, Personal and Public Image Lack of Well Equipped Library for Research Work/Project. Lack of cost Inadequate Supply of Technical Workshop.

9 Tantangan Psikologi yaitu kondisi psikologi seseorang dapat menghambat proses komunikasi baik dari sisi keantusiasan, komunikasi, rasa percaya diri, dan daya tangkap. Tantangan Kurtural yaitu kultur atau budaya suatu daerah sering berbeda dengan daerah lain. Jika dalam proses komunikasi kurang adanya pemahaman maka akan menyebabkan terhambatnya komunikasi.

10 Tantangan Lingkungan yaitu lingkungan yang kondusif memiliki peran yang penting dalam proses belajar mengajar agar proses komunikasi belajar dapat berjalan baik.
