DETECTION OF THE VIRUSES BY USING RT-PCR
The yellowing disease symptoms resembled to those described in USA, Spain and others counties for the infections caused by Tomato chlorosis virus (ToCV) and Tomato infectious chlorosis virus (TICV) Both viruses are belong to Family Closteroviridae; Genus Crinivirus Crinivirus has flexuous, filamentous particles [12 x nm]; a bipartite, single-stranded RNA genome [RNA 1 and RNA 2 are 7.8 and 7.4 kb, respectively] (Duffus et al. 1996)
