Replacement SPG bisa lebih cepat apabila SPG tersebut performance-nya tidak bagus. Prinsipal tidak perlu melakukan proses rekrutmen yang memerlukan waktu dan tenaga. Prinsipal tidak perlu mengurus peraturan ketenaga-kerjaan seperti Jamsostek dan kontrak SPG.

The Requirement for SPG-SPB Female / Male Having physical and mental health/not suffering illness declared with medical certificate issued by a med Doctor. Education in High School or equivalent Certificate. Having good behavior record Age 18–27 years old Understand the local language & local custom based on the placement areas Having good communication skills Highly initiative and active Sales oriented. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Implement & maintaining display of any brand as desired by Principle Explain product knowledge of any brand as desired by Principle to consumer Selling any brand, manage & control activities in the field Provide sales and activities reporting as standard given by principle .
