PENILAIAN KINERJA (Performance Appraisal) “Evaluating an employee’s current and/or past performance relative to his or her performance standards” (Desler, 2005:310) “A formal system of periodic review and evaluation of an individual’s or team’s job performance” (Mondy et al, 2002:279) “Proses yang digunakan perusahaan untuk mengevaluasi job performance” (Rivai dan Basri, 2005:17)
