executive education program PT HYDRO water technology Successful training for sales force Saya sempat bergabung dengan siswa Komando angkatan 30 yang diadakan oleh pusat pendikan dan latihan Paskhas AU. Mulai 30 Nov - 1 Des 07 long march dari Garut menuju pantai Pameungpeuk sejauh 20 KM melewati hutan, dan rawa laut. Saya salut, mereka dilatih, dididik dan dibina dengan kemampuan maksimal sebagai seorang manusia, dan hasilnya pun mereka salah satu pasukan terbaik yang disegani oleh negara asing. Satu hal yang bisa dijadikan MODELING dari mereka adalah para pelatih (coach) mempunyai kualifikasi khusus secara teamwork menjalankan tugas mereka dengan sistematis dan profesional, sehingga dihasilkan pasukan dengan kemampuan tinggi dari waktu ke waktu secara konsisten. Bisakah kita menciptakan sistem pendidikan bagi TEAM bisnis seperti mereka, terutama bagi ujung tombak perusahaan yaitu sales force?
