6 Information  Instinctive  Experience: reading, watching, doing something  “(AHA) Experience !!!” One who gets new information as a problem to be solved as well as able to solve the problem. ( Refer to Alex Oxborn, How to Motivate your Students ).

8 Teaching Definitions (psychologist & educator)  Teaching is communication between two or more persons who influence each other by their ideas and learn something in the process of interaction.  Teaching is to fill in the mind of the learner by information land knowledge of fact for future use.  Teaching is a process in which learner, teacher, curriculum and other variables are organized in a systematic way to attain some pre-determined goal.  Teaching is to cause motivation to learn.

10 “AHA…!!!”  “AHA….” is belong to who has a problem  Who has to create the problem:  Teacher & student.  Who are students that has the problem?  Student who are not afraid to ask “way?” Who are students that not afraid to ask way?  Students who have positive thinking.  How is the rule of family and school that allow student to has positive thinking?

13  “Self” means personality.  Personality: something that differentiates one from the other.  Personality includes: value, tradition, belife, moral, ways of thinking, culture.

14  Mengapa dosen harus bertanggung jawab?  Sebabab dosen yang bertanggung jawab berati menghargai diri sendiri dan orang lain.

16 7C’s of Generic Skill Set  Critical Thinking & Doing  questioning current situation to improve better condition.  Creativity & Innovation  create AHA experience, find unknown to be known, coding and decoding. Creativity means decoding of the code by new mind. In the class, decoding should be done by students. Teachers’ role is a facilitator.  Collaboration & Teamwork  collaboration among students and teacher.  Cross Cultural Understanding  Communication & Presentation  Computing & Information  Career & life long learning  teacher should set up students’ goal.
