14 Special Codes in ICD-O for Topography of Lymph Nodes (C77) & Hematopoietic & Reticuloendothelial Systems (C42) Pada ICD-10 kategori C77 untuk secondary dan unspecified malignant neoplasms dari lymph nodes Pada ICD-O, C77 digunakan sebagai code topografik lymp nodes. Dengan demikian, sebagian malignant lymphoma (C81-85) pada ICD-10 di klasiifkasi ICD-O akan dikode sesuai topografiknya yakni: C77 C42 pada ICD-10 kosong C42 digunakan pada ICD-O untuk kode site topografik di dalam system hematopoeitic dan reticuloendothelial Kategori ini meliputi utamanya site topografik sebagian besar leukemia dan kondisi terkait yang terklasifikasi di dalam C90-C95 pada ICD-10

Sedangkan neurofibromatosis including Von Reklinghauzen disease kecuali tulang (M9540/1) di ICD-O, pada ICD-10 ada di Chapter XVII “Congenital Malformation, Deformation and Chromosomal Abnormalities: sebagai kategori Q85.0

16 Neoplams & HIV disease, AIDS dan Fungsi Neoplasma
Hubungan neoplasm ganas dengan HIV disease sangat menarik. Neoplasmanya dikode sesuai rules yang berlaku pada ICD-10. Kondisi lain yang terkait AIDS, hendaknya dikode untuk bidang yang terpisah-pisah sesuai masing sistem yang terlibat. Fungsi Neoplasma ICD-O tidak menyediakan kode khusus untuk rincian gangguan fungsi neoplasmanya. Apabila diperlukan silahkan menggunakan kode yang ada di Bab IV ICD-10

Edisi Ke-pertama 1973 Edisi Ke-dua 1978 Edisi Ke-tiga terdiri dari: 1. Klasifikasi Penyakit-Penyakit Mulut 2. Klasifikasi Neoplasma Mulut 3. Klasifikasi Penyakit-Penyakit Gigi (diketik di India, dicetak di Inggris)

18 ICF Belum ada terjemahan dalam bahasa Indonesia
International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), WHO, Geneve, 2001. Sebagai satu anggota “Family” dari ICD, ICF diterbitkan untuk diaplikasikan di berbagai aspek kesehatan. Familiy ICD menyediakan kerangkakerja kode dalam rentang luas informasi terkait kesehatan (diagnosis, functioning and disability, reasons for contact with health services) dan menggunakan bahasa standard sebagai alat komunikasi antar negara secara internasional. ICF dimanfaatkan juga di Bidang Pelayanan Fisioterapi.

The historical overview is intended to acquaint physician disability examiners with the fundamental requirements and variations among the disability systems within which they may choose to work.

Klasifikasi dikembangkan untuk dua kepentingan: 1. notification of labour safety and health surveillance and 2. compensation.

22 ICECI versi 1.0 Data Dictionary:
INTERNATIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF EXTERNAL CAUSES OF INJURIES (ICECI) (WHO, Collaborating Center on Injury Surveillance, March, 2001, Amsterdam) Traditionally, injury data have been represented using the external cause codes of the ICD. For more than two decades, experts have argued that the ICD codes lack the scope and specificity needed to effectively inform injury prevention and control activities. As a result of these debates, injury proffesionals around the world – under the auspices of the WHO – have worked to develop an improved tool for capturing injury data.

ICECI versi 1.0 (Cont.-) The tool is the ICECI. Based on the best practices of injury surveillance and on international consencus about how external causes may be described, ICECI helps researchers and prevention practioners to: - define more precisely the domain of injuries they are studying. - answere questions on the circumstances of the injuries; and - provide more detailed information about specific accident catagories, like home and leisure accidents or traffic accidents.

24 Relationship between ICECI & ICD-10
ICECI canoptionally be used as a companion to ICD-10, allowing for more detailed data capture in emergency departement, clinics and in-patient hospital settings; in ad hoc studies and surveys; and possibly in mortality registration systems. Making ICECI comparable with ICD-10 external codes (Chapter XX) presented several challenges. However, such comparability was highly desirable. Therefore, the international experts who developed ICECI decided that comparability between ICD-10 and ICECI would be achieved at the level of the matrix developde by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention in the US.

25 Relationship between ICECI & ICD-10 (Cont.-)
This matrix is a recommended framework for injury mortality data and serves as a standard for the uniform tabulatin and analysis of injury mortality data classified by ICD. Mechanism (or cause) and intent of injury are the two key elements of the matrix. The framework is based on international agreement and is intended to report injury events is such a way that the results valuable for injury prevention. Data coded to either ICECI or ICD-10 Chapter XX can be reported in accordance with the matrix. The current matrix is based on ICD-9 (see Appendix 1), but will be modified to reflect changes found in ICD-10.

26 ICHI International Classification of Health Intervention, ICHI. disusun oleh National Centre for Classification in Health, Australia, untuk WHO, sebagai anggota Familiy of ICD (WHO-FIC). Klasifikasi ini didisain untuk digunakan bersama ICD-10 di daerah yang memerlukan klasifikasi yang ringkas dan sederhana terkait prosedur dan intervensi. Klasifikasi mengandung istilah intervensi pembedahan (operasi) dan non-bedah. ICHI terindeks penuh untuk tindakan-tindakan khusus , mengandung kira-kira kode dalam tabular listnya, disertai istilah-istilah inclusion. Peraturan sesuai aturan struktur dan konvensi pengindeksan ICD, WHO.

27 Cummulative Official Updates to ICD-10
The pages include the corrigenda (pages of Volume 3), and cummulative official changes to the tabular list, instruction manual and alphabetical index of ICD-10 from 1996 t These changes are approved at the heads of Centers meeting in October of each year. The source and implementation date for each change has been identified. Date of spproval has also been indicated for all changes except the corrigenda. In the WHO ICD-10 Update Reference Committee (URG) was established. Modifications to the classification that have been recommended following the URC’s inception are uniguely identified and further defined as a major or minor change.

Relevant changes in other language versions of ICD-10 and in related tools will also be made and desseminated by the appropriate authority.
