7 Saya berpikir tentang awan-awan yang berserakan di angkasa. Warnanya putih seperti kapas. Awan itu terus berganti bentuk. Pada dasarnya ia cair karena mengandung butiran air…. Saya pikir saya terobsesi dengan air. Dokter mengatakan saya dehidrasi, tidak cukup air di tubuh saya. Katanya saya harus minum 2-3 liter setiap hari. Air mineral atau teh! Saya pikir ada hubungan antara kebutuhan saya untuk menambahkan garam ke dalam makanan dan rasa haus saya. Tubuh saya butuh lebih banyak air. Tiap orang memiliki bakat untuk menjadi dokter bagi diri sendiri. Mengapa harus memakai dokter lain? Kalau orang membebaskan dirinya dari semua asumsi, ia akan memiliki intuisi atas masalahnya, yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan dan semangat hidupnya. Saya pernah membaca kalau tiap orang bisa menjadi dokter bagi dirinya sendiri.... Tiap orang adalah dokternya sendiri.
