9 Criteria & Responsibility The Requirement for SPG-SPB – Female / Male – Having physical and mental health/not suffering illness declared with medical certificate issued by a med Doctor. – Education in High School or equivalent Certificate. – Having good behavior record – Age 18–27 years old – Understand the local language & local custom based on the placement areas – Having good communication skills – Highly initiative and active – Sales oriented. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : – Implement & maintaining display of any brand as desired by Principle – Explain product knowledge of any brand as desired by Principle to consumer – Selling any brand, manage & control activities in the field – Provide sales and activities reporting as standard given by principle.
