Education Issue There are some children in Indonesia don’t get education. They have to earn money for helping their parent’s to fulfil their family needs. In some small Islands, children do not get good education. The causes are there are only little of school in there and less teacher that can teach them.
UUPA Pasal 9 (1) Setiap anak berhak memperoleh pendidikan dan pengajaran dalam rangka pengembangan pribadinya dan tingkat kecerdasannya sesuai dengan minat dan bakatnya. (2) Selain hak anak sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1), khusus bagi anak yang menyandang cacat juga berhak memperoleh pendidikan luar biasa, sedangkan bagi anak yang memiliki keunggulan juga berhak mendapatkan pendidikan khusus.
CRC Article 28 Children have a right to an education. Discipline in schools should respect children’s human dignity. Primary education should be free. Wealthy countries should help poorer countries achieve this. Article 29 Education should develop each child's personality and talents to the full. It should encourage children to respect their parents, and their own and other cultures
Analyze the issue of the Children’s rights Every childs needs to get better education so they will be smarter, They can develop there country become better and better and They will get better future.
Ideal explanation for practicing It is a must that parents have to send their childs to school for there child’s to get better education. Goverment have to get more schools or better education for the children’s.
Responsibility for the rights Nowadays the people/ the adults realize that education is very important and they send their childs to school to have better knowledge and also about their better future.
