BAB XIII PENYAKIT SISTEM OTOT-SKELET dan JARINGAN IKAT (M00-M99)

Beberapa Istilah Medis yang terkait dengan Gangguan MuskuloSkeletal 1. ARTHROPATHIES (ARTHROPATHY) (artropati) Terdiri dari unsur kata; Arthro-pathy Arthron [Y joint] dan pathos [Y, disease] = gangguan/penyakit persendian 2. ARTHROSIS  Arthr – osis = degenerative process of a joint (proses degeneratif sendi) Osteo-arthrosis = istilah lama sebutan bagi “degenerative joint disease” (Penyakit sendi degeneratif).

ARTHRITIS -> Arthr – itis = inflamasi sendi, radang persendian Inflamasi bisa inefksi bisa tanpa infeksi Bila infeksi umumnya ditemukan kuman penyebabnya -> Nomor code akan bertanda “dagger” dan “asterisk” Contoh: Arthritis Tbc A18.0 ! M01.1* DORSOPATHY -> Dorso – pathy Dorsum = punggung atau belakang Dorsopathy = gangguan punggung

SPONDYLOPATHIES -> Spondyl – o – pathy Spondyl dari kata [Y] spondylos = vertebra = ruas tulang punggung Spondylopathy = gangguan pada ruas tulang punggung. Bisa dilengakapi dengan jenis dan nomor ruas tulang yang terkena gangguan. Contoh: spondylosis dengan myelopathy dan kompresi corda spinalis L1-2 -> M47.0 ! 6 G99.2* 6. SYNOVIUM [NL] = cairan jernih, normal ada di rongga sendi Contoh: Synovi-oma = tumor pada membrane synovia sendi, biasanya malignant -> M9040/3

Osteopathy -> osteo – pathy (Osteon = tulang, pathos) Ilmu penyembuhan yang bertitik tumpu pada integritas dan koordinasi struktur dan fungsi tulang. osteopathist (ahlinya) Osteopathia = gangguan/penyakit tulang

9. Chondropathy -> chondro – pathy Gangguan pada tulang rawan 10. Osteo-por-osis [osteon, Y, poros = passage, osis] Pelebaran spatium ss. tulang akibat kepadatan tulang yang berkurang (keropos dan rapuh) 11. Autoimmune disease Penyakit yang timbul akibat tubuh bereaksi menentang jaringannya sendiri

12. Collagen = substansi albuminoid serabut jaringan ikat, tulang atau tulang rawan. Collagen disease = gangguan yang disertai tanda inflamasi dan kerusakan serabut jaringan ikat, di antaranya: Contoh: - demam rheumatoid - arteritis - ankylosing spondylitis. Collagen vascular disease = inflamasi pada pembuluh darah kecil dan jaringan ikat. Causa tidak diketahui, bisa: heriditer, defisiensi, pengaruh lingkungan, infeksi dan alergik. Gejala umum: arthritis, sakit kulit, radang mata. Bisa pleuritis,myocarditis, nephritis. Contoh: - rheumatic fever rheumatoid arthritis scleroderma systemic lupus erythematosus

KEKHUSUSAN BAB XIII Gangguan muskuloskeletal dan jaringan ikat yang tidak diperkenankan diberi code Bab XIII tertampung pada kelompok Excludes: di bawah judul bab ini - kondisi tertentu yang timbul pada periode perinatal (P00- P96) - penyakit infeksi dan parasitik tertentu (A00-B99) - sindroma kompartmen (T79.6) - komplikasi kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas (O00- O99) - malformasi kongenital, deformasi dan abnormalitas kromosomal (Q00-Q99)

- penyakit endokrin, nutrisi dan metabolik (E00-E90) - cedera, keracunan dan konsekuensi tertentu akibat sebab luar (S00-T98) - neoplasma (C00-D48) - simtoma, tanda-2 dan temuan klinis, laboratoris NEC (R00- R99)

Site of musculoskeletal involvement (Hal. 628-629) Tersedia subklasifikasi untuk menunjukkan site otot dan persendian yang terkena gangguan khusus untuk Bab XIII. Ada kemungkinan kebutuhan lokal memiliki nomor subklasifikasi sendiri, oleh karenanya klasifikasi suplementer ini hendaknya ditulis terpisah dari nomor code induk di depannya. (e.g. in an additional box). Tersedia juga subklasifikasi yang berbeda (untuk lutut), (untuk dorsopathy) dan (untuk biomechanical lesions).

Amyloidosis = deposit amiloid (starchlike protein) yang luas pada berbagai organ tubuh, atau pada organ tertentu, Bisa primer, bisa sekunder. Contoh: pada ginjal, hati, lien, sekunder pada penyakit TB kronik ulceratif tulang, lepra, lues dsb.
