In this phase, the system is built and ready for use. OBJECTIVES In the implementation stage, the selected design is implemented. When this final phase is concluded, the new system is up and running. In this phase, the system is built and ready for use.
The purpose is to build a new or revised information system and convert from the old system to the new. Activities include : developing application, testing the system,
training users, making necessary changes to business processes, installing the system, and converting from the old to the new systems.
