Eros Kinska Apriliano V ABSTRAK Analisis Keputusan Pembelian Produk Bundling Telepon Selular Merek Flexy Di Bandar Lampung Oleh Eros Kinska Apriliano V Industri telekomunikasi saat ini merupakam bidang usaha yang mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi semakin nyata pengaruhnya, hal ini ditandai dengan semakin mudahnya penemuan kebutuhan manusia dalam hal berkomunikasi. Telekomunikasi membutuhkan perangkat komunikasi antara lain telepon baik telepon yang berbasis kabel atau tanpa kabel. Saat ini sebagian besar masyarakat memanfaatkan perangkat telepon genggam atau disebut dengan telepon seluler. Pemasalahan Faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk bundling Telepon Seluler Merek Flexi di Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk bundling Telepon Seluler Merek Flexi di Bandar Lampung. Hipotesis yang diajukan keputusan pembelian produk bundling telepon seluler merek Flexi dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh harga produk, desain produk, kualitas produk, kelengkapan fitur dan layanan purnajual. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa keputusan pembelian produk bundling telepon seluler merek Flexi dipengaruhi secara

signifikan oleh harga produk, desain produk, kualitas produk, kelengkapan fitur dan layanan purnajual dapat diterima. Konsumen pemakai handphone bundling flexy menempatkan variable kualitas produk sebagai faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar dalam keputusan konsumen membeli suatu produk. Faktor yang memiliki penguruh terbesar kedua adalah desain produk, diikuti oleh layanan purnajual, kelengkapan fitur dan harga merupakan faktor yang memilki pengaruh terkecil. Beberapa saran yang diajukan sebagai berikut: pemilik merek handphone perlu meningkatkan persepsi kualitas melalui iklan, hal ini dikarenakan iklan merupakan faktor terbesar dalam membentuk perhatian, kesetiaan dan persepsi kualitas atas suatu merek. Produsen handphone perlu meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengintensifkan penanyangan iklan baik dimedia cetak maupun media elektronika. Advancement of communication technology more real influence, it is characterized by the easy discovery of human needs in terms of communicating. Telecommunications device requires good communication between the other phone-based telephone wire or wireless. Currently most people use a handheld phone or device is called a cell phone. Things are what are the factors that influence purchasing decisions Is bundling products Flexi Brand Cell Phones in Belfast. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors that influence the decision of purchasing the product bundling Flexi Brand Cell Phones in Belfast. Hypothesis product purchasing decisions Flexi brand cell phone bundling is significantly affected by the price of the product, product design, product quality, completeness of features and post-sale service.

The results of this study is the hypothesis that the product purchase decision Flexi brand cell phone bundling is significantly affected by the price of the product, product design, product quality, completeness of features and after-sales service is acceptable. Bundling of consumer mobile users flexy put variable product quality as a factor having the greatest influence in consumer decisions to buy a product. Factor which has the second largest influnced is the design of products, followed by post- sale service, completeness of features and price are factors that have the smallest influence. Some suggestions are proposed as follows: phone brand owners need to improve the perceived quality through advertising, this is because advertising is the biggest factor in shaping attention, loyalty and quality perception of a brand. Mobile phone manufacturers need to increase brand awareness. Things you can do is to intensify both ad impressions mediated print and electronic media.
