1. Visi dan Misi Visi : Program Studi Gizi yang unggul berbasis IPTEK gizi yang bercirikan kepariwisataan dan kewirausahaan. Misi : Menyelenggarakan tata kelola program studi yang baik. Menyelenggarakan pendidikan tinggi gizi melalui sistem pembelajaran yang bermutu bercirikan kepariwisataan dan kewirausahaan. Menyelenggarakan penelitian gizi dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bermutu bercirikan kepariwisataan dan kewirausahaan.
Nutrisionis di Industri Pangan dan Kesehatan 2. Kurikulum: Kompetensi Lulusan Program Studi Gizi Mampu mengembangkan rencana bisnis Melihat peluang di bidang gizi, pangan, dan kesehatan (pariwisata ) Wirausahawan Melakukan penelitian bidang gizi dengan akurat Menghasilkan hasil karya penelitian (jurnal, buku, dll) Peneliti Mengerti teori dasar dan ilmu gizi terkait (ilmu pangan, biomedik, humaniaora, dan manajemen) Melakukan pelayanan konseling, edukasi gizi, dan dietetik u/ menangani masalah gizi individu, kelompok, dan masyarakat Nutrisionis di Industri Pangan dan Kesehatan
2. Kurikulum: Kompetensi Lulusan Program Studi Gizi Melakukan pengawasan mutu makanan (standar resep, standar menu, keamanan, dan cita rasa) menyelenggarakan makanan untuk industri pariwisata, catering, RS, LSM, kesehatan, dan public figure. Nutrisionis di Institusi Pelayanan Makanan Nutrisionis Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, LSM Gizi dan Kesehatan Mampu melakukan komunikasi efektif (pelayanan konseling, edukasi gizi, dan dietetik) u/ menangani masalah gizi individu, kelompok, dan masyarakat Konsultan atlet, artis, dan public figure
