Zoho Mail offers easy options to migrate data from G Suite or Gmail accounts. All s, contacts, and calendar or other important data can be imported from your respective accounts to your Zoho Mail. Step 1 :- First, sign in into Zoho mail account and go to “ Mail Administration ”. Step 2 :- Under Mail Administration select the “ Migration ”. Step 3 :- Click on “ Add Migration ”, to enter server details. Step 4 :- Now enter a “ Migration Name ” like G Suite migration. The steps are follow as:-
Step 5 :- And, click on “ Apps ” for Migration Protocol. Step 6 :- Now click on “ G Suite or Gmail ” to fill automatically the server details. Step 7 :- Here, you can “ select your contacts, calendar and other details ” with your s to migrate. Step 8 :- After submitting server details, tap on Install Zoho Mail App. Step 9 :- Now you get a popup on your screen, here you have to click into “sign in your G Suite account”.
Step 10 :- Make sure that “ API Access is enabled ” in G Suite. API Access Step 11 :- In Zoho Mail Control panel, click on install the “ Zoho Mail app from G Suite Marketplace ”. Step 12 :- After installing app, now enter your G Suite address and click on “ Verify app ”. Step 13 :- After verification, again tap on “ Add Migration ”. Step 14 :- Here, you have to “ add user account details ” to be migrated.
There are three options to add user accounts for migration in Zoho mail: Manual user addition. Import Users from CSV file. Fetch Users.
Step 1 :- Chose Migration name for adding source & destination details. Step 2 :- Click on “ Add Accounts ” to add user details manually. Step 3 :- Enter G suite address as a source username and the Zoho mail address as a destination address.
Step 4 :- In Choose Option select your requirement. If you select “ Mark Important as Tag ”, from “ label: important ” all s in Gmail will be automatically added under important tag or folder in Zoho Mail. If you select “ Mark Starred as Tag ” - from “ label: starred ” all s in Gmail will be automatically added under starred tag or folder in Zoho Mail. If you select “ Exclude Inbox Mails in case it has more than one label ” - If an has multiple labels, like important, starred, inbox etc, those s will not be migrate.
In Folder Option, you have to select one “ All Folders ” or “ Specific Folder ”. If your choice is All Folders option, all folders of in Gmail will be migrated and if you want to remove any folders during migration enter the names (in double quotes) of folder in Exclude Folder List box. If your choice is Folder specific option, selected folders of in Gmail will be migrated, you have to enter the name (in double quotes) of folder in Include Folder List box. Now select your Data range option, “ all mails ” and “ specific date ”. Click on Add & close the screen.
You can also save and upload user account details on excel sheet, as a CSV file. Step 1 :- Got to “ Account migration page ”, Click on “ Upload Accounts ”. Step 2 :- At right section of the “ Upload Accounts ”, there is some sample of CSV file.
Step 3 :- Download CSV sample, and look to the user details format in this file. Step 4 :- Now enter your user account details, according CSV sample file format, in excel sheet. Step 5 :- After that, save file as a CSV. Step 6 :- Now select your saved CSV file and Click on Ok to upload.

5. In your Zoho Mail “ accounts section ”. You can see overall migration status. 6. Now you get the detailed reports of migration under “ Total ” tap on count to see folder wise migration.
