Teknik Fisika memiliki 5 konsentrasi yaitu 1.Instrumentasi dan Kontrol (Robotics, Instrumentation, Biomedical, ETC) 2.Rekayasa dan Management Energi (Photovoltaics, Energy Combustion, Fluid Mechanics, Geothermal, ETC) 3.Fisika Bangunan dan Akustika (Sustainable Buildings, Accoustics for Studio- GrandHalls-ETC, Mechanical Vibration Failure, ETC) 4.Fotonika ( Lasers, Optic Fibers, ETC) 5.Komputasi Material ( Nanotechnology, Carbon Composites, ETC) Di Teknik Fisika, kita memelajari fisika dasar, fisika modern, fisika material, analisis termal, mekanika fluida, otomasi industri, sistem kontrol cerdas, termodinamika teknik, elektronika analog, elektronika digital, dan masih buanyak lagi. Integrasi dari ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan ini sangat diperlukan untuk pengembangan teknologi tinggi, baik yang berlangsung saat ini maupun yang akan terjadi pada masa yang akan datang.
