BIDANG INDUSTRI BIOPULPING BIOBAG

BIOPULPING Biopulping ini merupakan proses pengolahan limbah menggunakan teknologi ramah lingkungan yang terinspirasi dari proses pelapukan kayu dan sampah tanaman oleh mikroorganisme. Pada proses pelapukan kayu, ranting, daud, dan sebagainya dilakukan secera alami oleh beberapa jamur dan mikroba. Dengan begitu, sampah dari pohon yang telah mati akan kembali diserap oleh alam secara alami. Hasil kerja mikroorganisma yang tidak menghasilkan polusi, akhirnya memberi inspirasi untuk dimanfaatkan dalam sektor industri. Dalam proses biopulping, bahan-bahan kimia yang merusak lingkungan, digantikan dengan sejenis mikroba yang dapat mengeluarkan enzim dan mendegradasi lignin. Mikroba yang digunakan adalah golongan jamur atau fungi pelapuk kayu yang banyak tersedia di alam bebas.

BIOBAG Biobag adalah tas ramah lingkungan yang terbuat dari kombinasi tepung singkong (tapioka) atau kulit ari jagung dengan polimer sintetik. Biobag masuk dalam aplikasi teknologi ramah lingkungan karena bahan-bahan yang digunakan mudah terurai dan tidak mencemari lingkungan.
