Untuk memacu berkembangnya, PT AGRINDO dikembangkan menjadi 7 profit center, yaitu : AMF : AGRINDO MANUFACTURING FACTORY, khusus produsen mesin Pra dan Paska panen. AEU : AGRINDO ENGINEERING UNIT, mengembangkan mesin-mesin pertanian yang lebih besar dan lebih modern. ARF : AGRINDO RUBBER ROLL FACTORY, khusus produsen Rubber Roll yang dengan ISO 9001 – 2000 –nya berhasil menjadi pabrik Rubber terbesar di Indonesia. AFF : AGRINDO FOUNDRY FACTORY, khusus memproduksi produk Cor dari besi tuang kelabu, ductile dan paduan. AFU : AGRINDO FABRICATION UNIT, khusus memproduksi mesin-mesin pertanian berskala besar, misalnya : Dryer dengan Holding capacity 6 – 40 Ton.
