It is 2009 onwards In other simple words it means: It’s what we do beyond the call of duty, or what we do beyond the guest expectation by care and concern. That is the EXTRA. The extra thought means we try harder to find out what our guests really need and want. What are they looking for and what can we do EXTRA to please them.

It is 2009 onwards Dalam kalimat yang sederhana ini bermakna: Apa yang kami lakukan lebih dari sekedar sebuah panggilan tugas, atau apa yang kami lakukan melebihi ekspetasi dari para tamu. Dengan kepedulian dan perhatian, itulah sesuatu yang EXTRA. The extra thought bermakna kami sangat berusaha untuk mencaritahu apa yang para tamu butuhkan dan inginkan. Apa yang mereka butuhkan dan apa yang kami bisa lakukan ‘EXTRA’ untuk menyenangkan mereka.
