STANDARDISASI, LINGKUNGAN, PERUBAHAN IKLIM Closing Adequate instruments exist to provide basis for developing appropriate Principles, Criteria and Indicators for Safeguards Gaps for integrating existing instruments within a comprehensive framework of SIS related to: Need for strengthened implementation of existing instruments and systems to monitor impacts Divergence in capacity/expertise of Provincial/District level framework to coordinate diverse instruments and their actors at national to project site scales Principle uses is learning by doing ,and doing by learning.
