Service Description Bilateral Peering To provide nationwide layer 2 ethernet network by using a shared network through a dedicated switch, metro ethernet or MPLS L2VPN using Virtual Private Lan services (VPLS) while customer have their individual bilateral agreement among each other to exchange the traffic. Multilateral Peering Beside providing ethernet shared network, provider could provide a route-reflector as a peering point for customers to exchange the traffic among members. With this model, each customer does not have to build peering session to all members individually, only a single session to a route-reflector. Service Level Agreement (SLA) To provide SLA to customer.
