Self Management Self-management as an individual role in managing the self (emotion, attention, cognition) to be able to do the job or his role well in the chronic conditions IT MEANS…. Members of the organization can pick and choose more freely what he should and could do with an optimal. AND THEN… Balancing toward individual and organizational can be maintained, and this will generate a competitive advantage for the organization.

Participative management The concept of Participative Management means involving workers in the whole organizational decision making process and makes everyone certain that everyone gets their needs met. As for the main characteristics of effective participatory management are as follows: Communication Flexibility Responsibility

Democratic Management As for the main characteristics of effective democratic management are as follows: Certainty of policy Focus on interested of citizens Member's in the organization have a right to a balanced or equal. Organization Members know and understand the direction and goals of the organization. Members of the organization be loyal toward sustainability activities of the organization intact.

Freedom Management By Integrated self management, participative management and democratic management, can produce: All members free to managing the self to pick and choose what he should and could do with an optimal. All members make the organization purpose is inline with he interested Clearly of organization communication

Management must be: Accepted the more conflict Less control Memberikan kesempatan anggotanya untuk berbuat kesalahan Menyediakan tempat yang dapat mengakomodasi minat dan keinginan anggotanya Melibatkan anggotanya dalam setiap aktivitas organisasi. Memberi kesempatan kepada anggotanya untuk memilih pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kemampuannya.

Uji keseimbangan organisasi dengan Freedom Management: Masyarakat dan LSM Tidak adanya unjuk rasa dan tuntutan yang dapat dilayangkan oleh LSM Pemegang Saham Adanya peningkatan profit yang significant Pekerja Tidak adanya pemogokan kerja, turn over sangatlah kecil Pemasok Adanya ikatan terkait dengan kemampuan organisasi Pelanggan Puas terhadap pelayanan ataupun produk

The Advantages of Implementation Freedom Management: Budaya berbagi yang berkembang secara alami akan mengikat orang pada sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan di atas dasar kepercayaan. Freedom management memungkinkan proses untuk menjadi penemu solusi yang berhasil. Pertukaran kerja dapat membuat rasa empati dan menjadi lebih berhati-hati dalam membuat rencana yang melibatkan pihak lain. Saat karyawan merasa tertantang, bersemangat, dan produktif, upaya-upaya mereka akan tertuang secara alami ke dalam perolehan laba dan pertumbuhan untuk organisasi mereka.

Organisasi mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dengan baik, dan anggota organisasi mendapatkan kesejahteraan yang seharusnya.

Conclusion Memajukan organisasi dengan kebijakan yang diyakini anggotanya berarti melenyapkan halangan organisasi, seperti: kebijakan resmi, batasan prosedural, dan menetapkan target terbatas. Hal ini dapat diwujudkan dengan freedom management, yaitu berhenti mengontrol dan mengizinkan karyawan untuk mengatur diri sendiri, memercayai mereka secara implisit, berbagi kekuasaan dan informasi, mendorong adanya perdebatan dan praktek demokrasi sejati.
