3 Pengertian 1 Kabupaten / Kota

4 Wilayah pemerintahan dibawah Provinsi dan diatas Kecamatan yang berhak mengatur dan mengurus wilayahnya sendiri.

5 Fakta ? Wilayah Kabupaten/Kota merupakan Gabungan dari seluruh kecamatan di wilayahya Kabupaten dipimpin oleh Bupati Kota/Kotamadya dipimpin oleh Walikota Wilayah kabupaten biasanya lebih luas dari wilayah Kota Tingkat kepadatan dikota lebih tinggi dari pada di wilayah Kabupaten Mata pencaharian penduduk kabupaten adalah bidang pertanian, perikanan dan perkebunan, sedangkan penduduk kota mayoritas bekerja di sektor industri , perdagangan dan jasa

6 KONSEP DASAR Kabupaten adalah wilayah pemerintahan yang berada dibawah provinsi dan diatas kecamatan.

Pemimpin yang menyelenggarakan pemerintahan di wilayah kabupaten. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya bupati dibantu oleh wakil bupati WALIKOTA Pemimpin yang menyelenggarakan pemerintahan di wilayah kotamadya. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya bupati dibantu oleh wakil walikota

10 BUPATI DAN WALIKOTA setiap 5 Tahun sekali Bupati /Walikota beserta wakilnya dipilih oleh masyarakat secara langsung melalui pemilihan Kepala Daerah (PEMILUKADA)

11 TUGAS UTAMA BUPATI/WALIKOTA
Menyelenggarakan pemerintahan di wilayahnya berdasarkan peraturan yang telah disepakati bersama Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kab/kota Mengawasi tugas – tugas camat di wilayah pemerintahannya Memberikan pelayanan di bidang kependudukan, pendidikan, kesehatan, pertanahan, fasilitas umum, ketertiban lingkungan, lingkungan hidup dan kesejahteraan sosial

13 Sekretaris Daerah (SEKDA) bertanggung Jawab kepada Bupati/Walikota
Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten/Kota membantu Bupati/Walikota mengurusi bidang pemerintahan dan administrasi perangkat pemerintah diwilayahnya. Sekretaris Daerah (SEKDA) bertanggung Jawab kepada Bupati/Walikota

15 DINAS DAERAH Dinas Daerah bertugas membantu pemerintahan kabupaten/kota untuk mengurusi kepentingan masyarakat di berbagai bidang Jumlah Dinas Daerah pada setiap Kabupaten/kota berbeda sesuai dengan kondisi karakteristik wilayahnya Dinas Daerah dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala yang bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui Sekretaris daerah
