PROSES ?? Perspektif Organisasi
Adalah suatu rangkaian penciptaan nilai (value creations) dalam sebuah organisasi, yang merupakan kumpulan aktifitas yang di merubah input menjadi output. Perspektif karyawan Disisi pelaku aktifitas (job holder) mengandung kompetensi yang harus dimiliki agar proses input-output dapat terlaksana.

Kegiatan Interview , FGD, pengumpulan data sekunder Pembuatan Process Model Adalah kegiatan pengelompokkan Aktivitas berdasarkan input out put ( bukan Departementasi ) Business Process Model Penjabaran lebih rinci BPM menjadi Process Area , Process Group , Sub Process ,sampai ke tingkat GOAT Detilisasi Business Process Model Kegiatan yang mengidentifikasikan kompetensi Competency Development
