Descriptive text Mrs. Debby Magdelena is one of the successful carrier woman. She is the new sales manager for Jakarta sales office of Le Meridean Nirwana Golf and Spa Resort. Mrs. Debby Magdalena holds her new position as from Marc 2nd, 2009. Prior to her assignment at Le Meredian Nirwana Golf and Spa Resort, she was the sales manager at Novotel Nusa Dua’s Jakarta sales office. Prior to that, she worked at a number of reputable hotels such as Radison Hotel Jakarta, Aston Hotel Jakarta, and Novotel Nusa Dua Bali. Born in Jakarta, she is a graduate of BPLP Bandung majoring hotel management and of Dwipa Wacana University in majoring management. With her strong background in reservations, front office and sales she will be a valuable asset to Le Meridian Nirvana Golf and Spa Resort. As the sales representative in Jakarta, she will be based at Le Meridian Jakarta Hotel.

Narrative text On a hot day, a thirsty crow flew over a field looking for water. For a long time, she could not find any. She left very exhausted. She almost gave up. Suddenly, she saw water jug below her. She flew straight down to see if there was any water inside. It was surprised because there was some water inside the jug. The crow tried to push her head into the jug. Sadly she found that the neck of the jug was too narrow. Then she tried to push the jug down for the water to flow out but she found that the jug was too heavy. The crow thought hard for a while. Then she was looking around. She saw some pebbles. She suddenly had a good idea. She started picking up the pebbles one by one, dropping it into the jug. As more and more pebbles filled the jug, the water level kept rising. Soon it was high enough for the crow to drink. “It’s working” she said.

Analytical exposition Taking a couple hours to fall asleep in the afternoon might actually have more health benefits than you think.Napping has a wide range of health benefits. Naping provides a memory boost. We will have better memory, if we take a nap. Lowers blood pressure is another advantages. low bold preasure mean we are healthier. Nap can potentially keep you calm. After we take a nap, we feel more relax. take a nap also enhances creativity because we have fresh brain. So, don’t forget to take a nap at the afternoon.

Hortatory exposition Trash is a phenomenon that we often encounter in the community. Trash is stuffs that can’t be used anymore, that its existence is very annoying. Trash also has bad impact for our health and our environment. Trash at first looks normal scattered around us, but it will caused many bad impacts if it is ignored continuously by the people. Trash can harm our health. Rubbish that is pile up will bring smells that contaminate the air and there would be a lot of flies come. Then, pile up trash will also invited other unwanted organisms to come which subsequently bring diseases, such as diarrhea and dengue. Besides bringing disease, trash can also bring disaster such as flood. Trash that dumped into the river by the residents continuously will make the water on the river can not flow, and over time the water will overflows with heavy rains that continue to flush. If flood occurs, it will make people can not do their activities like usual. In addition, in areas where the land is slope it can caused landslides.
