2  Language is a verbal communication tool of speech or speech from speakers to speakers.  Communication strategy is a way to learn first, second or third language.  Every communication there is a message or information when the learning process.  The research was conducted at the campus of Institut KH Abdul Chalim, which was attended by foreign students from several countries, Afghanistan, Sudan, Venezuela and the Philippines.
