Belum Terdapat Upaya Kreatif Untuk Menjadi Lebih Baik Beberapa kegiatan Mengalami Developmentasi (kualitas & kuantitas) Peningkatan Temuan kegiatan Inovatif (164 kegiatan Di 2008 & 199 kegiatan Di 2009) Beberapa kegiatan telah dilengkapi oleh Perda yang menjamin keberlanjutan kegiatan (pendidikan, kesehatan, dan partisipasi masyarakat)
