INFEKSI OPORTUNISTIK Infeksi oportunistik merupakan tanda penurunan sistem imun Timbul jika CD4 < 200 sel/mm3 Penyebab utama kematian dari HIV/AIDS Infeksi bisa terlokalisasi atau sistemik CD4 > 500/mm3 : candidiasis CD4 500-200/mm3 : candidiasis, sarkoma kaposi CD4 200-100/mm3 : pneumonia, histoplasmosis, PML CD4 100-50/mm3 : toxoplasma, criptosporidiosis, criptococcosis, citomegalovirus CD4 < 50/mm3 : Mycobaterium Aviam Complex (MAC)
