4 BEBERAPA DEFINISI : Aristoteles : a political virtue, by the rules of it, the state is regulated and these rules the criterion of what is rig. Justianus : The virtue which result en each person receiving his due. Mill : The idea of justice supposes two thing; a rule of conduct and sentiment which sanction the rule. The first must be supposed common to all making and intended for their good; the sentiment is a desire that punishment maybe suffered bye those who infringe the rule.
