ASIAN PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE Affirmative/Government vs. Negative/Opposition Will be led by a chairperson 3 speakers, 3 substantial speech, 1 reply speech POIs are allowed during speech  between 1st-6th min of speech, no longer than 15 seconds, can be question/clarification, NO POIs for teammates.
