Design & Technical System D&T SystemKonsekwensi 1.Menciptakan keunggulan D&T pada produk-produk yang dihasilkan Biaya pra operasi menjadi tinggi tetapi bisa create “added value”,bisa mem bentuk image perusahaan sebagai “pelopor” atau “trend setter”. 2.Menggunakan D&T yang sudah umum, tidak mau mengambil risiko. Reduce risk, low added value, difficult to be “trend setter”.

Studi Finansial (FS) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sangat banyak sehingga perlu dilakukan klasifikasi mana yang utama, mana yang sekunder. Ada 2 (dua) macam FS yaitu Preliminary FS (Pre- FS) dan FS itu sendiri yang bersifat final. Didalam Pre-FS biasanya dipakai besaran-besaran yg bersifat standard dan ditentukan berdasarkan “professional adjustment” atau “past performance” FS sebenarnya harus memakai besaran-besaran yg riil berdasarkan design dan dimensi yg riil, bukan lagi dari asumsi-asumsi.
