2 THE CROCODILE RIVER STORY As most stories begin... Once upon a time, there was a river that was practically overflowing with crocodiles. As you may have guessed, it was called Crocodile River. A girl named Lorena lived on the west bank of the river. Her boyfriend, Dante, lived on the opposite bank. Lorena and Dante were very much in love with each other, and wanted very much to see each other. There was one slight complication: they had no boat and the crocodile filled river stood between them.

3 THE CROCODILE RIVER STORY Lorena decided to seek help to enable her to see her boyfriend Dante. She approached Atong who owned a suitable boat. She explained the situation to Atong and asked if she could borrow his boat so that she could cross the river and see Dante. Atong thought for a moment and then answered: “Certainly you can borrow my boat, but only under one condition. You must sleep with me tonight”. Much as Lorena wanted to see her boyfriend Dante, she felt that she could not accept this condition: she declined Atong’s offer and sadly turned away.

4 THE CROCODILE RIVER STORY Loren than walked down the road until she came upon Ruben; she explained her position and what happened when she approached Atong. Ruben said: “I don’t care. It’s nothing to do with me. I don’t mind what happens. Go away and don’t bother me”. Lorena was in despair; she felt she had no other option and so she returned to Atong and slept with him that night. The next morning Atong was true to his word and let Lorena borrow his boat.

5 THE CROCODILE RIVER STORY Lorena sailed across the river and saw her beloved Dante. After spending a few delightful hours together, she felt she had to tell Dante how she had managed to borrow the boat. After she had told whole story, Dante became very angry and shouted: “You what? I can’t believe you did such a thing. I just can’t believe you slept with him. That’s it, it’s all over, forget our relationship, get out of my life!”

6 THE CROCODILE RIVER STORY Lorena was in despair. She walked away and happened to meet Max. She lent on his shoulder and told him the whole story. Max immediately went off to look for Dante, with Lorena following close behind. He soon found him and proceeded to beat him up, while Lorena gleefully laughed and applauded the whole scene.

10 Moral untuk sukses sbg atlet Bagi atlet Indonesia, PON = bonus besar. Demi prestasi PON, pemda rela beri bonus miliaran rupiah bagi atlet peraih medali. Krn ini gengsi daerah. Fakta: Bayu Fiendra (14) atlet layar asal Batam yg bela tim DKI Jakarta pada PON, Sept di Riau. Ia raih medali perunggu. Seharusnya dapat bonus Rp. 35 juta dari Pemda DKI Jakarta. TTpi ia tidak dapat bonus, padahal ia hutang banyak. Ia dari keluarga sangat miskin.

11 Sejarahnya Bayu dlm gapai sukses/gagal?  Bayu tanding atas nama DKI pada Pra-PON dg nama Putranto.  Pada PON, Bayu gunakan nama / kartu identitas PON Prastio Bayu Nugroho dari tim DKI. Tahun lahir 1988 (usia 24 th).  Piagam PON, Bayu gunakan nama Bayu Fiendra, usia 14 th.  KONI Kepri = Bayu atlet Kepri tapi tidak wakili Kepri pada PON  Sekjen Olahraga Layar = Ini adalah persoalan admin, yang mungkin KONI DKI tidak mewaspadainya.

12 Moral untuk sukses sbg atlet Pertanyaan: 1.Berhakkah Bayu dapat bonus? 2.Apakah Bayu bermoral dalam gapai kesuksesan? 3.Sudahkah ortu Bayu ajarkan moral? 4.Siapakah yang salah? Pemda DKI? Why?

13 Syarat untuk sukses 1). Kreatif, inovatif 2). Punya ketrampilan yang menonjol 3). Bugar fisiknya. 4). Tidak menyalahkan lingkungan 5). Memp dor berprestasi tinggi 6). Tekun, tidak mudah putus asa 7). Bermoral, peduli pada sesama 8). Hormati Pencipta – air, udara, tanah (sangat mahal)

14 Bagaimana perilaku bermoral? Industri: 1). Membagi-bagi beras? 2). Memberi gaji tinggi? Dosen: 1)Memberi nilai tinggi pd mhs? 2)Membayari spp mhsw? Mahasiswa: 1)Memberi contekan pd teman? 2)Menggarapkan skripsi?

15 Industri bermoral 1). Tidak menyakiti hati rakyat, tidak hancurkan pranata sosial 2). Memakai teknologi yg wajar & sesuai u/ masy 3). Ramah lingkungan 4). Punya manfaat ekonomi 5) Membangun kebudayaan berkesinambungan, lestari. Sehat, perkaya jasmani & rohani

16 Industri bermoral Contoh: Singapura Mengapa bisa maju? Krn SDM bagus? Bagaimana dg India? Entrepreneurnya sangat bagus. Sngapura bisa mju krn: SDM punya integritas, dapat dipercaya, akuntabilitas bagus.
