WHEN WE DON’T TAKE CARE OF OUR HEART Why did the bible said the heart is deceitful? Because we are very VERY GOOD at DECEIVING ourselves: We can make bad decisions look and sound like good decisions We can even use Bible verses to deceive ourselves "Doing this won't hurt anybody", "I'll only do it once", "I'll be careful", "I haven't had any for a week", "I can handle it", "I can quit whenever I want to"
