Definisi TQM adalah integrasi pendekatan manajemen yang sasarannya untuk meningkatkan performansi secara kontinyu teradap produk,proses,dan layanan untuk mencapai kepuasan konsumen. Hasil Implementasi TQM adalah dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerja, komunikasi, produktifitas dan lebih kompetitif dalam persaingan. Pareto : Alat bantu yang biasa digunakan untuk menganalisa suatu fenomena, agar dapat diketahui hal-hal yang prioritas dari fenomena tersebut. Maka istilah pareto biasanya identik dengan priority. CSFs can be defined as “the critical areas which organization must accomplish to achieve its mission by examination andcategorization of their impacts” (Oakland, 1995).

Tujuan Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengaplikasikan alat analisis kualitas pareto dan mengurutkan frekuensi CSfs dari paling bawah first dari setiap kejadian berdasarkan literatur. Second, Untuk mengetahui dan memberi usulan serta urutan final dari CSFs TQM yang mana dari penelitian dan pelaksanaannya yang menguntungkan dari industri jasa.

Kesimpulan Urutan yang dihasilkan 60 CSFs (untuk 80%) Rekomendasi Top-management of service industries needs to understand the importance of quality culture as a strategic weapon. Top-management of service industries needs to communicate and describe quality goals and policies to internal employees. Regular participation of top-management team in the process will motivate employees to take active part in quality activities. Service industries needs to train and educate their employees regularly on industries operations and statistical skills. Service industries needs to ensure that they should maintain and think about continuous improvement and innovation. This is never ending task. They should adopt new strategies to improve company responsiveness to customer’s complaints.
